Russian-German centre Heinz Consulting has been working in Russia since 1999. In its activity, the company is guided by the human-oriented management approach for over 50 years developed and practiced by NPI, Institute of Organizational Development, Holland and IMO, Institute for Man and Organization Development Since 2006, Heinz Consulting is an active member of IMO. We are convinced this approach can be organically implemented in Russia.

 

Heinz-Consulting supports long-term organizational development projects in Eastern Siberia and Far East of Russia. One of the most important recent topics is client orientation.

 

Along with organizational development consultancy, Heinz Consulting offers a wide range of workshops on leadership competences, managerial teams potential and personal growth and development in Siberia, including those at Lake Baikal. Over the past years, more than 2000 managers of different levels have taken part in the workshops.

 

The workshops are held in Russian, English and German languages.

 

Besides other activities, we see as one of our key tasks to contribute to the development of social, economic and cultural connections between Russia and Europe.

About competition

The problem is that our social structure, our economic system, is tribal and competitve in nature and encourages us to be competitive between one another, as people and as organizations. I think we have reached a stage in the world when competitiveness is getting more and more inappropriate and we've got to focus much more on taking care of the human family.
