SERVICES FOR LEADERS

Executive coaching

Every leader, especially if it’s a top-maneger, is lonely by definition. Lonely with his responsibility for the common outcome of the whole organization, his subdivision or department. Lonely in making difficult decisions. Lonely, having to keep the balance between the financial expectations of the share-holders (even if he is the one) and the necessity to develop the organization, between the interests of the clients and employees...

It is not always that a leader is ready to share his problems, doubts and questions with his employees and get understanding and real help in response. Then he lives and works, scrolling the questions inside again and again.

Coaching offers a possibility of individual support for leaders in dealing with their difficulties in work. See in more detail.

Workshops

In our workshops, we aim at not only teaching the participants the advanced methods of leadership, but also helping them form a ground inside such as attitudes and management world vies, as well as at bringing in an impulse to create a space for changes in the fixed views on the essential meaning of a manager’s job and responsibility involved.

Most of the workshops have been developed by Heinz Consulting specialists. «Horizontal leadership» workshop has evolved out of the IMO colleagues’ ideas and basic workshop on the topic.

About competition

The problem is that our social structure, our economic system, is tribal and competitve in nature and encourages us to be competitive between one another, as people and as organizations. I think we have reached a stage in the world when competitiveness is getting more and more inappropriate and we've got to focus much more on taking care of the human family.
