For those who are at a crossroads and want to make a conscious decision about their future.

The workshop is connected with the choice of the further way in life. The participants reflect on the important points on their past, get aware of the current situation and work out the variants of the future.

You can look at your life at a distance, define the course of the desirable future and make concrete plans to realize it. The strict procedure and facilitation of the trainers contribute to the realistic and concrete character of the plans. In other words, the workshop creates conditions for serious reflection on your future and its desirable vision and gives an impulse to actively fulfill it.

Forms and methods of work

Mainly, participants work in groups of 3 to 4 persons, based on the method of characterization and describing in images. Work with others is of a special value to the individual process of each person: people listening to you give different, sometimes absolutely unexpected views of your life and help you see new aspects you did not see before. When telling them about some things, you kind of place them outside yourself and can consider them at a distance. And the events of your life lose their self-evident quality.

Character of work

The workshop is not a psychological group. You are not asked to fill in questionnaires nor to pass tests. You achieve a deep view of your questions on your own, through common work with other participants who are no experts, but people like you. We believe that any person has power to regulate what is happening in her/him and with her/him. The workshop is to strengthen this ability of yours to control yourself and your life.

Note

For more effective work, the participants are recommended to have at least a general idea of possible variants of their future that they would like to work on within the workshop.

Duration: 5 days, not including transfer to Lake Baikal and back

Joachim Ludwig Heinz, Germany. President of Heinz Consulting. Educational background: psychology (Frei Universitaet, Berlin), gestalt therapy, philosophy (Heine Universitaet, Duesseldorf), eurythmy (Eurythmy Academy, Berlin). Over 25 year experience in practical psychology. Author of multiple workshops and seminars on leadership, team work, organisational development. Professional interests: organizational psychology, human recourses management, leadership, personal growth and development. Author and trainer.

Elena Petrova, Russia. CEO, Heinz Consulting. Ph.D., docent. Educational background: cybernetics (computerized control systems); linguistics (English). 20—year academic and teaching experience at a technical university. Graduate of management programs for trainers (EU, France-Italy; UNESCO, Australia). Author of more than 60 scientific and methodological publications, including «Small Business Management» course book. Professional interests: strategic management, organizational structures, biography work. Author and trainer.

Tatiana Babanova, Russia. Master’s degree in strategic communications (Westminster University, London). Educational background: linguistics. Over 10 years experience in project management, 8-year teaching and training experience. Author and translator of multiple publications, including analytical reports, GRI-standard social reports, course books and manuals on project management for non-profit organizations. Professional interests: relations management, corporate social responsibility, coaching for performance. Author and trainer.
